In 2013 I spent five weeks at the Lhotsky Studio in Zelezny Brod, Czech Republic, making a five foot high cast glass column on global warming and its effects upon the animals. Animals turning in every direction with flames, saws, houses, body parts, flora and fauna compactly fill every surface in this piece. Cast in dichromic glass which changes color from pink to green depending on the light, giving this piece an ever-changing effect. The column is placed on a 20 inch maple base and is lit from within.
